We are seeking an experienced Head Chef with a minimum of 3 Rosettes or Michelin Star. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, lead from the front of the pass, and possess strong personality and charisma. The role involves using fresh herbs and vegetables from the gardens, with a focus on sustainability and a Green Star accreditation. The restaurant is an 80-cover venue attached to a Boutique Hotel with 20 bedrooms, undergoing refurbishment and expansion with log cabins.
