You will be part of the Adviser Support & Paraplanning team, you'll be at the forefront of delivering excellent customer service to our large client bank across the country, ensuring work is processed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting Paraplanners/Planners: collating information to support financial planning processes using various software systems.
* New Business Processing: Setting up products/pensions with various providers, both paper-based and electronically, follow up through to completion.
Desired Skills and Expertise:
* Experience in supporting Wealth Advisers across various product areas.
* Understanding of compliance requirements in the advisory process.
* Proven track record of achieving targets independently.
You must have experience as a Financial Services Administrator to be successful in your application.
