Application & Process Technology Manager FHN Europe
Purpose
The Application & Process Technology Manager will run a team of Application Engineers from across our legacy OpCo’s, to support the objectives and vision for the Systems & Ingredient Automation (S&IA) Business Unit in EMEA. The role plays a pivotal bridge in supporting the EMEA Sales Directors and their teams by providing application know-how and quotations to underpin the sales process to the customer. With the integration as One Coperion, it will be necessary to evolve from the current position of independent, location-centric teams to one coordinated resource, maximizing the larger team to create flexibility and bandwidth. A core element of the role is maintaining Application oversight across our technology offerings to ensure correct qualification of enquiries and suitable risk assessment approval. In so doing, the Sales teams can service enquiries that cover the depth of our portfolio, from single machines through to fully integrated systems in our target Industry Segments. Within the FHN Business Unit structure, there is the developing region of APAC, centered from our location in Thailand. As part of its evolution, technical support and process system design will be leveraged from EMEA and AMS. It is envisaged that this role will play a fundamental part in supporting that objective.
