In this role, you’ll strategise, execute, and analyse affiliate campaigns while collaborating closely with our talented marketing, conversion, and creative teams to achieve and surpass monthly growth targets. As a key member of our Affiliate team, you’ll focus on growing our UK presence for Foxy and Gala, two of our most vibrant brands. Reporting to the Affiliate Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the success of our affiliate initiatives. We’d love to hear from you What you will do Plan, coordinate, analyze, and optimize partner performance to meet key KPIs like FTDs, CPDs, and conversion rates. Develop creative campaigns to boost customer satisfaction and engagement. Identify growth opportunities, create media plans, and align with key events like sports or gaming cycles. Monitor and manage channel performance and budgets daily. Manage performance of top-tier (T1) Affiliates and run A/B tests to enhance KPIs. Ensure accurate tracking for efficient spend measurement and attribution. Deliver regular performance reports with recommendations to optimize strategies and creatives. Lead affiliate projects, improve platform features, and address technical issues like BI reports and automation.
