Job Role: Quotation/ Pricing Coordinator Location: Baildon, BD17 Salary: £24,500 - £26,500 pa Hours: Monday-Friday, 9.00am -5.15pm Our Client: Our client is a prominent service provider, specialising in comprehensive solutions across various sectors. The Role: Our client is looking to recruit a Quotation / Pricing Coordinator and you will be involved in responding to customer enquiries via phone and email, whilst resolving concerns promptly. You will calculate and advise on rates, prepare accurate quotes and handle invoice discrepancies and price disputes. Additionally, you'll manage and update rate sheets, foster long term customer relationships and ensure high quality service. You'll also price bookings competitively, monitor the pricing inbox and ensure effective follow up on all communications. Key Responsibilities of the Quotation/ Pricing Coordinator : Address customer questions and enquiries promptly and professionally via telephone and email, ensuring that all concerns are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. Accurately calculate rates based on customer requirements and provide clear, concise advice to customers and the sales team. Ensure that all rate information is up to date and aligned with company policies. Prepare and deliver accurate quotes to customers based on their needs and specifications, ensuring that all relevant details are included and follow up as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. Handle any invoice discrepancies and price disputes efficiently, working with both customers and internal teams to resolve issues fairly and promptly, while maintaining strong customer relationships. Utilise and manage rate sheets effectively, ensuring they are regularly updated and that all information is accurate and accessible to the relevant teams for seamless operations. Foster and maintain long term relationships with all parties, offering support and ensuring consistent, high quality service to promote customer loyalty and retention. Accurately price up bookings as per customer specifications, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing. Monitor and maintain the pricing inbox, responding to enquiries promptly and ensuring all communication is logged and followed through effectively. Skills & Experience Required: Skills in providing accurate customer quotes and managing pricing structures tailored to customer needs would be advantageous. A background in customer service and maintaining high satisfaction levels would assist you to succeed in this role. Clear and effective verbal and written communication. Self driven and initiative taking with a focus on continuous improvement. Proficient in learning various software and CRM systems.
