Sales and Customer Admin
Fulltime; Fixed Term Contract

My client, who is an industry-leading manufacturer with a fantastic reputation for both its service and products, as well as an employer, is looking to employ an experienced Sales Administration professional on a 9–12-month fixed-term basis. There is a chance that this position will turn into a permanent role; however, this cannot be guaranteed.
Role
In the Sales and Customer Admin position, you will play a vital role in managing accounts for existing, new, and prospective customers. My client prides themselves on delivering exceptional customer service, and they have a reputation within their industry that precedes them because of this! On a day-to-day basis, you will handle customer enquiries, complaints, and customer sales orders, providing essential support to the wider business. In addition to this, you will:
1. Handle enquiries and complaints to be dealt with in a timely manner and a set timeframe.
2. Process sales orders, including preparing sales quotations and invoices.
3. Effectively manage complaints – complaints are always to be dealt with the highest of importance.
4. Work as a team, liaising across departments effectively, developing positive work relationships along the way.
5. Operate in-line with company policies and procedures.
6. Update the company database whilst you work, ensuring accuracy.
7. Work in hand with a designated Sales Executive to ensure a seamless experience for the customer from start to finish.
8. Attend and participate in internal and external meetings on occasion.
Requirements
In the position of Sales and Customer Admin, you will be joining a collaborative team and company as a whole, so positive personal values and work ethic are always top of the list! You will be reliable, honest, flexible to assist colleagues when the need arises, as well as taking pride in the service you and the company provide. You will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position, be confident in providing great B2B customer service, in addition to having experience with sales administration. As well as the above, you will also be expected to:
1. Present exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Offer excellent time-management skills – being able to manage your own desk efficiently is also key.
3. Be able to complete tasks with a high level of accuracy.
4. Experience of working proactively and reactively, also offering a flexible approach, alongside a willingness to assist others when circumstances dictate.
