Job Description
Executive Assistant (Entry-Level) - Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
* Assist with internal and external communications, including drafting reports, presentations, and email correspondence.
* Support the marketing team with campaign planning, social media management, and content creation.
* Collaborate with different departments on cross-functional projects, ensuring smooth workflow and communication.
* Help with organizing events, product launches, and company functions.
* Conduct research and prepare reports to assist with business decision-making.
* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while managing sensitive information.
* Perform general office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and liaising with suppliers.
The Successful Applicant
Executive Assistant (Entry-Level) - Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive and flexible approach to work, with a willingness to get involved in various areas of the business.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital marketing tools is a plus.
* Experience in marketing or exposure to other business disciplines (e.g., HR, project management) is desirable but not essential.
