This Payroll Advisor role is Office-based in Mid Kent.
Some responsibilities of the Payroll Advisor position:
* Collate & send monthly payroll instructions for c 100 staff to payroll provider and check that they are processed correctly
* Check & manage the payroll portal
* Resolving any staff queries and liaising with HR
* Collating data on holidays and sickness, and calculating and changes to pay
* Ensure high levels of accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
* Oversee the administration of employee benefits (including but not limited to Company cars, pension and expenses) accurately and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Working with the HR Manager on pay increases and salary modelling.
