Join Close Brothers Customer Relationship Team where you will cover the following areas: Sales Team Support, Customer Services and assisting with Front of House (mainly in a cover capacity).
As part of the team, you will be accountable for building and sustaining relationships with our motor dealer and broker partners, proposing their deals and ensuring the business taken on is within the set parameters.
The role of Customer Relationship Administrator is a high-level customer service focused role. To be successful, you must be a self-motivated person who has excellent planning and organisational skills. You need to be articulate, alongside having strong influencing and negotiation skills and work well as part of a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
General:
* Carry out duties to the company standard policy and procedures.
* General office administration office duties.
* Assisting with the collection of fees that have accrued on customer accounts.
* Accurate banking of monies received
Customer Support:
* Processing of customer proposals and recommending them in line with company policies and procedures.
* Liaising with motor dealer/broker partners regarding the outcome/decisions of a proposal that has been underwritten.
* Processing documents received that need to be paid out.
Risk & Compliance:
Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Previous experience in a customer focused environment.
* Demonstrable experience of working within a structured process.
* Excellent IT Skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook).
* The ability to work well as part of a team.
* Excitement and willingness to learn.
IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
* Knowledge of regulations relating to compliance, data protection and anti-money
* laundering.
* Previous experience in a lending and/or underwriting position.
