Job Title: Utilities Project Manager
Location: Aylesbury, UK
Contract Type: Contract (Inside IR35)
Pay Rate: Up to £550 per day

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage utility projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).
* Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
* Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates and financial summaries.
* Supervise and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements:
* SMSTS Certification: Essential for ensuring site safety and compliance.
* Experience: Proven track record in managing water and utility projects.
* CSCS Card: Black/Gold CSCS card required.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
