About the role:
Responsible for identifying and securing opportunities globally, working in conjunction with, and providing support to the Management Team. Providing support in creating an overall vision of how the business model can increase company growth. Build and maintain strong, long-term & strategic relationships with customers within the renewables sector to maximize brand awareness and exposure.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop business opportunities with new and existing customers.
Work collaboratively across the business to ensure we are engaging in relevant conversations with key accounts.
Align strategic client management plans in collaboration with the Bids & Tendering Department.
Work closely with the Bids Department to manage ongoing pipeline of opportunities.
Manage and develop growth strategies to support ongoing engagement with customers, potential leads and progress with contract negotiations.
Oversee and implement CRM system to monitor and improve customer engagement, increase productivity and efficiency to support in the sales process and improve relationships with clients.
Undertake regular client/supplier relationship reviews to gather feedback and opportunities for improvement.
