We are looking for individuals with skills in the following areas: Experience in procurement or sales. Commercial acumen, a strong work ethic, and a head for numbers. A passion for, and sound understanding of, UK agriculture and terminology. The ability to build supplier relationships, coupled with strong negotiation and communication skills. Determination, confidence, competitiveness, and a personal ambition to develop. Agricultural education in a rural or land-based discipline, or equivalent would be advantageous. Newly qualified individuals with a keen interest in product innovation are welcome. The successful applicant will work on a full-time office or hybrid basis, maintaining strong working relationships with the procurement team based at our Head Office in South Molton, Devon. Salaries are dependent on skills and experience and will be discussed upon application, alongside an extensive benefits package including company car and excellent staff discount.
