Where are we based?

This is an office-based role which requires you to be on site 5 days per week. Please consider your commute, time and costs from your location to the office which is based just over 10 miles from Silverstone Circuit.
Position Overview:
You will be responsible for offering a first class level of customer service to all Auction and Concierge customers, whilst supporting the online merchandising and infrastructure execution of the Memento Exclusives auction websites.
Your key responsibilities will be:
* Support the Auction Manager with the day-to-day management of the existing web sites/shops
* Implement website updates and changes for internal requirements
* With creative and marketing teams, ensure all online product launches and campaigns are delivered on time with the correct information, ensuring the merchandising strategy is reflected online
* Order management, included uploading orders from the auction platform to our ERP system, chasing unpaid orders and engaging second highest bidding customers.
* Working with Partnerships in regards to racewear delivery dates to manage customer expectations, whilst keeping customers updated at all times with a pro-active approach.
* Offering a dedicated Auction and Concierge customer service from an initial enquiry, through to a high class after sale experience.
* Managing returns, damages, export and import queries for all auction and concierge orders.
* Supporting the wider customer service team during busy trading seasons and staff shortages.
* Generating reports and returns/administration duties as communicated by your Line Manager.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Attention to detail
* Proficient in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
* Good understanding of website management
* Confident dealing within a fast-paced working environment.
* Online retail or offline product merchandising experience would be advantageous
* Experience with Shopify would be advantageous
* Knowledge of selling through online marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay would be advantageous.
