We are looking to appoint the successful candidate on a long-term basis and will be full time. This role is due to start after the Easter holidays. Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct general class teacher responsibilities Whole class lesson planning Tailor lesson planning and preparation based on individual learner requirements Lead and work alongside full time TA’s working with the class Provide regular learner assessments and progress reports Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and student welfare Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment The successful Early Years Teacher must: Hold QTS status (ECT’s are welcome to apply) Have previous experience within primary school environment, in particular EYFS/Reception Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills Form excellent relationships with the school team and pupil parents Show strong resilience and patience Why Winner Education?
