Working in conjunction with the Energy Innovation Centre's (EIC) Managing Director you will lead in key business operations, setting standards and developing the organisations culture, values and ways of working.

Based at Low Thornley at our NeRV centre (Net Zero Research Village) you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and performance of agreed commercial targets ensuring all objectives and KPI's are achieved whilst driving continuous improvement.
This will include increasing the value delivered by the research village working strategically to ensure evolving needs are met.
NeRV is the UK's first combined whole systems research, development and demonstration facility, with an energy vector agnostic approach which will accelerate decarbonisation.
By offering a multi-vector platform for collaborative and innovative research and testing, NeRV aims to optimise low-carbon, cost-effective decarbonisation solutions for UK households.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, partners and innovators ensuring that their evolving needs are understood and met, to grow and strengthen the NeRV community • Creating and implementing strategies for sustainable business growth, including the development of new business opportunities • Overseeing operational activities to evaluate the agility and efficiency of processes.
