Location: Bromsgrove and Worcester (Hybrid - 4 days office based and 1 day from home)
Hours of Work: 08.15am to 5.15pm with flexibility to do the evening shift twice per month (8.00pm to 12 midnight).
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 dependent on experience.

THE ROLE
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our friendly and hard-working HR team. This role involves working across our two sites in Bromsgrove and Worcester and reporting to the HR Manager. Responsibilities include:
1. Providing HR support and guidance to specific business units, ensuring alignment with the organisation's HR strategy and adherence to UK employment law.
2. Participating in and supporting managers with full case management on ER cases (e.g., underperformance, dismissals).
3. Advising and aiding managers with all aspects of the company absence policy and supporting employees back to work.
4. Supporting the outsourced monthly payroll.
5. Delivering training to line managers to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be qualified to CIPD Level 5 or above with demonstrable years of experience in an HR Business Partner role. Key qualifications include:
1. Strong understanding of HR best practices and UK employment law.
2. Ability to act as a point of contact for employees and managers within assigned business units.
3. Proactive and efficient in working to deadlines and prioritising workload effectively.
4. Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders.
5. Experience in coordinating training and development programs and overseeing the monthly payroll process.
