Based out of the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Denmark, or Norway, we have an exciting opportunity within our Segment and Strategic Accounts (S&SA) Team for a Regional Strategic Accounts Manager to lead our engagement with customers in the Energy & Chemicals and/or 'New Energy Landscape' industries, with extensive operations in Europe.
This position will be responsible for the development and alignment of account strategies, operational plans and the leadership and management of the extended matrix team across Schneider Electric plus any external partners. They will be responsible for driving the strategy, innovation, and disruption necessary to help customers achieve their business goals while delivering rapid, sustainable, and profitable accounts growth for Schneider Electric.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop, articulate, and deliver against the account growth strategy that embraces the full portfolio of Schneider Electric and which is aligned with our customers' business priorities requiring the alignment and mobilization of diverse stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment.
2. Develop and grow Schneider Electric's profitable share of wallet and quality of business.
3. Develop deep multi-tier customer relationships by gaining access to the customer at all levels by proactively facilitating regular executive engagements based on an in-depth understanding of the customers' challenges.
4. Bring deep domain knowledge and strengthen thought leadership on critical challenges facing our customer.
5. Be recognized as the Schneider Electric expert on the customer, their business, and their opportunities by identifying, growing, and managing the pipeline of opportunities while developing the key channels to market.
Skills & Experience:
1. Accomplished business developer with extensive experience and proven track record in Strategic Account Management and complex solution selling, and with the capability to incubate and develop new accounts and customer relationships.
2. Excellent written and oral business communication skills with fluency in English with the ability to articulate business trends and link actions to outcomes.
3. Collaborative, passionate, and dynamic team player with the energy and ability to obtain alignment and work effectively across a complex, global matrix organization.
4. Extensive experience and knowledge of the Energies and Chemicals market as a provider of technology, solutions, and services into this industry. Knowledge of the new energy landscape markets will be considered an advantage.
5. Your familiarity with the sector (the processes, pain points, constraints, and opportunities) mean that you are a trusted partner and can offer solutions for issues the client may not yet realize exist.
6. Existing relationships with both C-Level and Operational leadership with the credibility and walk-in rights.
7. Your technical and sales expertise will include innovative digital solutions relating to industrial automation, energy management and energy automation (hardware and software).
8. A demonstrable and successful track record of sales & account management, business development and closing deals.
9. Structured, organized individual whose approach to sales will be to proactively create business opportunities and NOT just respond to RFQ's.
10. Demonstrated ability to embrace diversity of thought.
11. Accustomed to a fast-changing, complex, and ambiguous environment.
