Job Description
Sanderson have been asked by our client to help recruit a Technical Writer/Author to work on a hybrid basis from their central Edinburgh office.
Working as part of a small team but across the wider business, you will be providing content for both internal and external audiences.
As part of the role, you will be:
1. Creating and updating content and managing documentation development.
2. Owning and maintaining release notes.
3. Contributing to the creation of training materials.
4. Building a repository of support guides.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in technical writing and be able to create user-friendly content from scratch while having a keen eye for detail. You should proactively identify gaps in current documentation and drive improvement and content.
You must have the ability to communicate, both in writing and verbally, across a broad range of people at all levels to add value to the business.
