We are looking for a Senior Implementation Engineer to innovate, win and grow with us on our new SaaS Platform!
As Senior Implementation Engineer, you will join the FM (Financial Messaging) SaaS Customer Operations team and will notably oversee the onboarding of new customers onto our platform. You will use your experience in managing customer technical implementations projects to improve and automate our onboarding process. The priority and focus of the Senior Implementation Engineer are related to customer onboarding activities for an efficient, smooth and fast customer onboarding process in order to meet customers' objectives.
How you'll Contribute:
* Implement configuration control checks to ensure projects adhere to guidelines and consistency between production-related environments is maintained.
* Automate control checks for faster feedback loop to program managers.
* Control configuration after solution upgrades to ensure non-regression.
* Collaborate with our product team during the design to ensure ease of onboarding.
* Provide continuous feedback to our product team on possible improvements.
* Setup additional processes for the customer lifecycle events, such as configuration change and offboarding.
* Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
* Create and maintain tools and processes related to the point above.
* Work hand in hand with the program managers and act as the main technical point of contact for the implementation of customer projects on all related production environments.
* Ensure all customer requirements are met within deadlines.
* Coordinate, delegate, and manage internal tasks with the associated internal departments (infrastructure, network, CAB, etc.).
* Document and maintain the customers' implementations for further references and updates.
* Participate in the full automation of all implementations across all production-related environments; be part of the stakeholders to shape the future implementation tools.
* Setup and maintain automatic monitoring & alerting along with the dedicated customers' implementations.

Technical skills
Hard requirements:
* Passion for automation, and knowledge of state-of-the-art tools and methodology.
* GitOps, Puppet knowledge.
* Database knowledge (e.g. MS-SQL, PostgreSQL).
* Configuration management tools.
* Experienced building new Puppet manifests to deploy new applications using classes and modules.
* CI/CD tools in production environment.
* Experienced building GitLab or Jenkins pipelines and ArgoCD or Flux.
* Intermediate scripting languages: Bash, Golang, PowerShell, Python, Ruby.
* Working with APIs.
Soft requirements:
* Kubernetes experience.
* Infrastructure as code experience (e.g. Terraform).
* Elastic experience.
* IAM knowledge.
* Windows server administration.
* Docker experience.
* Knowledge in IP Networking.
