Caroline Baker Private Office (CBPO) delivers a comprehensive range of luxury property management and discreet private office services for UHNW individuals and families with homes in Central London, New York, Paris and LA. Our services span property and project management to specialist personal support, all underpinned by discretion, service excellence, and attention to detail.
Due to increased client activity and continued growth, we are expanding our team to ensure we maintain the highest levels of service our clients expect. We are therefore seeking a highly experienced and polished Senior Client | Property Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. You will be the primary liaison for your own portfolio of prestigious clients based in Central London, ensuring their residences run seamlessly and their individual needs are impeccably met. This is a rewarding and fast-paced role offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to work at the very highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities
Property Management
1. Full responsibility for a portfolio of luxury residences mainly located in London.
2. The role may require you to work at one of our out of London estates.
3. Development and oversight of bespoke service and maintenance schedules for highly sophisticated properties in Central London.
4. Contractor liaison and supervision; invoice processing and client account reconciliation.
5. Managing property improvement works, installations, and refurbishments.
6. Preparing homes ahead of client arrivals and ensuring their ongoing readiness.
7. Meeting clients on arrival and supporting any in-residence needs or requests.
8. Maintaining and enhancing property standards in line with the Caroline Baker benchmark.
Personal Assistant, Client Relationship and Private Office Support
1. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and their representatives.
2. Purchasing high-end goods on behalf of clients (furniture, equipment, lifestyle products).
3. Coordinating private events, complex travel arrangements, personal shopping, and ad hoc lifestyle management.
4. Ensuring all tasks are delivered with impeccable discretion, speed and attention to detail.
Leadership and Team Contribution
1. Supporting induction and onboarding of new team members.
2. Mentoring junior client managers and offering guidance on complex client situations.
3. Contributing to internal training and sharing industry insights.
4. Leading initiatives to improve internal processes and team collaboration.
5. Taking on wider company projects and going beyond the brief where needed.
Minimum Qualifications
1. 3–5 years’ strong experience in luxury property or estate management for UHNW clients.
2. Proven experience working with UHNW clients or family offices.
3. Extensive knowledge of working in highly technical properties including management of their M&E services.
4. Exceptional attention to detail and standards of presentation.
5. Strong multitasking and organisational abilities.
6. Sound problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
7. IT literate and confident across standard platforms and systems.
8. Strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgets and reconciliations.
9. Live in London.
10. Background in property management working with UHNW individuals.
11. Experience in high-end property development or interior design.
12. Knowledge of suppliers and service providers across luxury lifestyle sectors.
