JOB TITLE: Regional Sales Manager North
REPORTING TO: National Sales Manager
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
This is a field sales role with the Regional Sales Manager being responsible for the day to day management of the fundraising team. Meeting and exceeding KPIs including sales targets, quality metrics such as complaints ratios, mystery shop results and attrition.
As a Fundraising Regional Sales Manager you will be expected to support and develop your team through regular site visits.
The team consists of both venue based and door to door fundraising sales agents.
The role itself is very dynamic and broad in nature, truly suiting a candidate with previous experience in growing a field-based sales force to double its current size in a sustainable and ethical way.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
To be fully accountable for performance and targets of their team
To support the wider sales team as part of the Duty Manager weekend rota
ROLE REQUIREMENT
Sales leadership and management experience at a similar level in dynamic and fast paced environments.
Demonstrable experience in growing and motivating a sales team
Performance Management experience including regular 1-2-1s
Accomplished interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and sustain effective working relationships with other Regional Sales Managers and Senior Leadership team
Emphasis on ethics and integrity
Travel throughout the North to manage teams
THE REWARDS
Salary £39,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE £75k)
