Head of AHPs 8c
We are seeking to strengthen Allied Health Professional team through the appointment of a Heads of AHP role at Band 8c.

These posts do include participation in the Trust’s on call rota.
As a key professional leader, the Head of AHP will provide leadership and direction to all AHP staff to ensure the provision of high-quality patient focused services across the diverse range of the portfolios in our service areas. You will work closely with services to ensure all CQC and other regulatory standards are achieved. You will also support and guide on the professional development of the AHP andnurse workforce. You will play an important role within the multi professional Leadership team across all directorates to ensure that the voice of AHP’s are truly represented in service developments and quality improvement.

This role gives the opportunity for hybrid working and you will typically be asked to work in a hybrid way, working from your home and also from Trust HQ The Uffculme Centre, or any other agreed site.
