To provide managerial support across a range of clinical services within the Community Eating Disorder Services and where appropriate liaising with and supporting Trust wide projects.
To be responsible for the provision of safe and effective delivery of the clinical services within the portfolio, providing leadership, support, supervision, appraisal and performance management to qualified and support staff, liaising closely with other health teams, Social Services and Voluntary Agencies to maximise service provision and optimise patient care.
Working collaboratively with the Head of Clinical Services, Head of Operations and Associate Director of Operations to support and influence the strategic development of clinical services in line with national and local priorities, internally and across organisations and lead on the development of clinical services, in close collaboration with colleagues, agencies and key partners, to ensure clinical services are of high quality, integrated and focused on the needs of the individual and support the achievement of Trust-wide objectives.
Cheshire and Wirral Partnership (CWP) provides health and care services for a population of over one million people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care, as well as the provision of three GP surgeries in Cheshire.
