Your new role:Register service calls and deal with customer queries, allocate work to engineers, answer telephone calls from customers and dealers. Process all call related documentation and general office administration.Duties and Responsibilities - Administration bias:
1. Cost and completing engineers' worksheet on completion of completing service calls.
2. Process incoming invoices - checking rates/warranty.
3. Raising invoices for chargeable work.
4. Checking Monitors.
5. Assisting with Accrual.
6. Supporting Call Handlers.
7. Recovery of chargeable warranty costs.
8. Cross-charging costs where appropriate.
9. Update the customer portals on a daily basis with invoice information.
