Working Hours- 38-hour week Benefits: Life Insurance, Medicash scheme, Free car parking on site, Canteen and Career progression. wbstaff Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant Department: Central Administration Reports to: Executive Assistant to Jean Marc Gales Purpose of Post To provide an efficient and responsive administration, organisational and logistical service to the Senior Management Team and Staff of Wrightbus and assist in making the best use of their time by dealing with management administration and receptionist duties. Key Tasks Act as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for their manager's attention Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments. Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation as per the company travel policy. Organising events and hospitality. Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence. Managing databases and invoice systems. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems. Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients. Collating and filing expenses and credit card purchases. Reception duties as required. Any other ad hoc administration tasks require by the company. General Undertake all duties in line with General Data Protection and maintain utmost level of confidentiality. Ensure work is completed to meet the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard. Ensure that you treat those with whom they come into contact in a courteous and respectful manner in accordance with the Dignity at Work Procedure.
