We are looking for an Apprentice to join our IT Service Desk team based in Woolpit.
This is the perfect opportunity for hard working, talented individuals who are seeking a clear route into a business environment and a career within the energy industry. You will undergo further learning to complete a Level 3 Information Communication Technician Apprenticeship with our partnered college, whilst gaining valuable experience in our Service Desk Engineering and Service Desk Analyst teams.
About You
* You will have 5 GCSE’s, including Maths and English at Level 4 or above.
* You will have completed, or be working towards completion of, a Post-16 Education Course.
* You will be a strong communicator.
* You will be able to work collaboratively.
* You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
