We have an exciting opportunity to join our Mainframe System Automation team at Experian. We are looking for someone with experience supporting complex automation requirements, passionate about improving business processes through collaboration and automation.
We are a small, friendly team based in Nottingham, offering a hybrid working pattern with options for remote work, in-office, or a mix of both.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing expert Mainframe Automation and output management support
* Developing and supporting Splunk dashboards and alerts
* Providing on-call support for OPSMVS, CAView, and iDash issues
* Collaborating with Business, Operational Teams, and Vendors to develop technical roadmaps
* Following ITIL processes for Change, Incident, Problem, and Root Cause Analysis
* Managing Mainframe Automation tools in compliance with security policies, using tools like CyberArk and ServiceNow
Qualifications
Required Skills:
* Experience in a complex Mainframe environment
* Administration of Mainframe System Automation software
* Experience with Mainframe systems such as OPSMVS, CA-View & CA-Deliver, and REXX
* Knowledge of Mainframe Operations including JCL, ISPF, JES2, and z/OS
