Business Development Manager
Hybrid (Remote with occasional visits to Gloucester)
£50,000+ per annum (DOE) + Commission, Car Allowance, Benefits

The Role:
We seek a motivated Business Development Manager to join a dynamic Sales Team. You’ll drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, forging strong client relationships, and delivering tailored telecommunications solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new markets, clients, and partnerships.
2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
3. Present and sell solutions to telecom network operators and other sectors (broadband, utilities, defence).
4. Attend industry events, network, and stay updated on trends.
5. Prepare sales forecasts and manage tenders.
6. Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, preferably in Telecoms.
2. Strategic, proactive, and results-driven.
3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
4. Solid IT skills, including MS Office; familiarity with statistical tools is a plus.
