Elevation Recruitment Group’s HR Division is thrilled to be partnering with a leading financial services organisation in Sheffield City Centre to recruit an Interim Senior HR Business Partner.
This 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover) is a fantastic opportunity to drive meaningful change, shape HR strategy, and align it with business goals.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
* Drive cultural change, Wellbeing, Development, and EDI initiatives
* Provide expert guidance on ER cases, talent strategies, and workforce planning
* Lead performance improvement, engagement, and reward initiatives
What You’ll Bring:
* Strong generalist HR experience
* Proven expertise in ER, change management, and organisational development
* Confidence in advising managers and delivering impactful HR projects
