Hornchurch Academy Trust are seeking to appoint a dynamic, committed and inspirational individual to join our Trust in the role of Deputy Head of School at Shears Green Infant School. The Deputy Head of School will work closely with the Head of School and have a shared role in the leadership of the school and the management of the school’s quality of education, standards and performance. The role is partly class based and includes networking with the other Deputy Heads from the Trust schools.
The Deputy Head of School will have the required leadership experience, vision and ambition coupled with strong management and communication skills to motivate the staff team, student body and community to secure excellence and sustainable improvement, build capacity in teaching, leadership and support at all levels.
The desire and ability to achieve challenging targets for high standards of behaviour, progress and attainment across and beyond the academy is essential.
