Functional Assessor
We are seeking a healthcare professional to join our team as a Functional Assessor.
This role involves assessing the cases of people who are applying for the Personal Independence Payment (PIP) benefit or a Work Capability Assessment (WCA).
You will work autonomously to hold consultations and write fair and accurate reports using a special IT system.

Responsibilities
* Holding telephone, video or in-person consultations with people who are applying for the Personal Independence Payment (PIP) benefit or a Work Capability Assessment (WCA).
* Assessing a variety of complex conditions and impairments.
* Using your strong verbal communication skills and write high quality, fair and accurate assessment reports.
Requirements
* Minimum of 12 months post-registration experience working as an Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Paramedic, Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist.
* You must hold full registration with one of the following professional bodies: Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
