Job Description
Netcompany is looking for a Delivery Manager to drive forward our delivery capability and deliver optimum solutions to clients. As a Delivery Manager in our Application Development unit, you will work on a variety of projects. Based in Newcastle or Leeds, this is a great opportunity to join one of the most exciting, innovative, prestigious, and forward-thinking technology-enabled organisations in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proven track record of delivering complex projects within project and program management roles that achieve real business outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction.
* History of leading large technology and business change projects from the front with experience in scoping overall project deliverables and timeframes.
* Strong scrum master experience, delivering following Agile methodology and Kanban.
* Managed system integration projects that span technologies as well as third-party suppliers as part of a client’s ecosystem.
* An ability to communicate clearly to management, team members, and customers about project, program, and business matters that builds trust and creates strong relationships.
Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in delivering complex projects within project and program management roles.
* Experience in the public sector.
* Knowledge of the Software delivery lifecycle.
* Hybrid working model.
* Occasional travel.
* Financial management of projects in excess of £1M, including estimation, cost control, and commercial negotiation of existing and new opportunities.
* Contributed to a wider community of professionals providing knowledge sharing, support, and mentorship to more junior members of the organisation to improve their effectiveness.
