About the role:
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about finance? We are seeking a Finance Ledger Assistant specialising in Direct Debits to join our dynamic team. You'll be an essential part of our finance department, ensuring the smooth processing of direct debit transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
* Provide regular reports and updates on Direct Debit transactions.
* Coordinate with finance and support teams to ensure data integrity.
* Process and manage direct debit transactions.
* Investigate direct debit cases and customer queries in a timely manner.
* Provide support to the direct debit ledger administrator for direct debit collections.
* Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the ledger function.
