Options Wellbeing Trust Clinical Lead Officer- Accreditation, Development & Projects Monday to Friday - 18.5 hours per week £15, 428.40 per annum The Role Overall, the role of the Clinical Lead Officer ensures that the clinical work is safe and to a high professional standard and in line with professional practice guidelines. The post holder will work with the Service Manager and Clinical Lead to ensure clinical compliance, quality assurance and safeguarding within the service offer. The role will be to work with existing clinical lead colleague to oversee the client and participant caseloads/files, involvement in assessment and client allocation for projects and newly developed areas of the Options Wellbeing workflow. The role will support the recruitment, induction and training and CPD of Volunteer Trainee Counsellors and Associates and to lead on and support the Senior Management Team to gain organisational accreditation with the BACP. You will ensure the vision and values of the organisation are clearly communicated and identify and implement developments that will benefit counselling clients and enhance the culture of the organisation. About you You will have worked for a minimum of 5 years within a similar organisation. Previous experience of case monitoring and achieving accreditation status with a professional body such as the BACP. Previous experience in advising on safeguarding processes Proven leadership skills Hold membership of BACP or appropriate professional body Hold or working towards an accredited membership of the BACP or professional bodies Qualified and experienced in practice for 5 years Hold a Clinical Supervisor qualification or working towards Completed clinical compliance training Why choose Options Wellbeing Trust?
