We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team in Luton/Oxford.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for supporting our sales and operations functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Processing customer sales orders and handling order administration.
2. Generating invoices using our financial management system.
3. Coordinating with third-party logistics for order delivery and resolving logistical issues.
4. Assisting the sales team in managing ecommerce and Amazon orders, overseeing stock levels and reporting.
5. Providing exceptional customer support for ecommerce and clients.
6. Coordinating with supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery to customer depots.
7. Oversseeing customer accounts, invoices and payments.
8. Maintaining up-to-date customer sales data and forecasts to aid in production planning.
9. Managing the dispatch of product samples to customers.
10. Updating and maintaining customer details within the CRM system.
11. Oversseeing office facilities.
12. Assisting with warehouse duties as needed.
13. Supporting the administration of standard operating procedures.
14. Participating in ad-hoc projects as they arise.
