Main duties of the job
As a Registered Nurse Associate, your responsibilities will vary. You will
1. Provide outstanding care to our patients, listening to and acting on their feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them
2. You will contribute to and implement care packages, assist with health promotion, wellbeing and clinics as well as assisting patients with activities of daily living and personal care.
3. Deliver non-judgemental care involving anything from health promotion clinics and observations to supporting the nursing and pharmacy teams in primary care within healthcare centres and on wings and house blocks.
4. Inspire excellence by forging strong links within our teams, our partners and stakeholders and providing a service that people can trust, feel safe within and feel proud of
5. Promote best practice, evidence based care and continuous quality improvement embedding a culture of shared learning. You will promote patient wellbeing through our overarching Wellbeing
6. Approach, demonstrating empathy and understanding to our patients.

Qualifications required:
14. Qualified Nurse Associate
15. Currently registered with the NMC
16. Training to level 3 in the safeguarding of vulnerable people
17. Demonstrate current/recent preceptorship pathway since joining the NMC register
18. Evidence of post registration CPD in areas relating to current practice
Although not essential ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment.
