Luminize Marketing is seeking an Offshore Advertising Strategist to empower Amazon sellers with effective marketing and advertising strategies. This role is a vital part of supporting our global clients through search campaign management, performance analysis, and delivering actionable insights that drive success on the Amazon marketplace. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a marketing or agency environment and a passion for enabling seller success. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Manage Amazon search campaigns for clients across diverse industries, handling daily optimizations and implementing high-level strategy changes. Data Analysis: Provide insightful analysis and actionable plans based on campaign performance data from Amazon Ad Console and other retail media platforms. Ensure alignment with overall retail business performance. Knowledge Development: Participate in weekly department scrums and training sessions to deepen expertise. Contribute to the development of new training materials. Performance Enhancement: Actively seek opportunities to improve campaign performance and business impact. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to enhance strategies. Client Engagement: Maintain frequent and effective communication internally and with assigned clients to foster strong relationships and collaboration. Workflow Optimization: Leverage AI tools and delegation resources to improve workflow efficiency and campaign outcomes. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field or equivalent work experience Two or more (2) years of experience in digital marketing with agency experience or related roles Demonstrates a strong understanding of department practices, procedures, and specialized functions. Applies good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions to assigned clients and projects Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s) with effective navigation and utilization skills in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting Ability to manage higher-risk decisions involving significant capital Experience with Amazon retail search advertising, Google paid search advertising, or similar platforms is highly valued Significant experience managing campaigns in various platforms, including Amazon Ad Console and Amazon 3rd Party Advertising Platforms Strong communication skills Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Desired Candidate Profile: We’re looking for someone who: Is Detail-Oriented: Exhibits precision in campaign management and data reporting. Shows Initiative: Demonstrates curiosity and actively seeks to stay ahead in industry trends. Excels in Communication: Fosters clear and effective communication within teams and with clients and solid documentation skills. Candidates must be available Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and Noon Pacific time; the other four hours of the workday will be on either side.
