The Role:
To support 27-year-old women studying with the open university who likes plants, cooking, reading with managing household tasks, attending appointments, organising, medication, supporting with admin. A key part of the role will be supporting with activity pacing in order to help her manage fatigue and pain caused by an underlying condition and to support a healthy balance between condition management and tasks of daily living.
Main Duties:
• Support with household tasks
• Help with accessing community, supermarkets, laundrette etc
• Support with pacing, prompting to take breaks and help finishing tasks
• Organising appointments
• Supporting with collecting & organising medication
• Admin tasks, support with phone calls etc
• Encouraging to complete tasks and help staying organised
• Prompting/help with physio
• Driving to and from appointments (if possible)
• Support with batch cooking

Hours: 3 hours per week – flexible with days and times (to be discussed)
Pay: £13.50 per hour
