An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Integrated Access and Referral Team for a part-time, permanent, Senior Social Worker. I-Art is the first point of contact for the public and professionals who wish to make a referral in relation to children and their families.
Responsibilities:
1. Support the Manager to provide an intensive, high-quality access team as a front door for services for families across the continuum of need.
2. Manage risk and make key decisions about the threshold of need for children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
3. Support the team manager, social workers, early support officers, i-ART officers, and staff from a range of different disciplines.
