Job Description Princess Cruises is in search of a Sales Manager, who is crucial in supporting our brand direction and driving market performance As the Sales Manager Europe, you will serve as the voice of Princess Cruises, playing a key role in driving growth and strengthening relationships across the trade. Your responsibilities will include sharing key information with travel partners, executing training plans to support strategic accounts, and pursuing new business development opportunities. This highly visible role will require you to engage in various development and engagement activities through both online and in-person platforms. In this position, you will have a commercial responsibility to ensure the return on investment (ROI) for any territory budget allocation. Key Responsibilities: - Achieving sales revenue targets for your assigned territory - Supporting the Senior Sales Manager in executing strategic training plans - Developing and delivering key sales messages to agents and briefing creative ideas for content creation - Building brand knowledge and driving engagement with agent partners - Understanding growth strategies for developing accounts and creating plans to enhance performance - Establishing strong working relationships with key decision-makers across your territory - Staying informed on the current trading climate and competitor activity, sharing insights with the wider team - Identifying opportunities to invest budget effectively, with monthly forecasting - Driving increased engagement with tools such as One Source, Academy Online, and Commodore status with frontline agents - Participating in conferences, events, and FAM trips (including international travel where business needs allow) - Collaborating with the Senior Sales Manager to meet commercial objectives within strategic accounts Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK08, offered as a full-time position, on a permanent basis, we offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
