This is an exciting opportunity to join ABL Recruitment as a Marketing Assistant with a focus on translation and sales. The role is based in a well-connected town in Oxfordshire, with regular services to Oxford, Reading, and London.
The ideal candidate will be a native English speaker with fluent French, eager to learn and take on new challenges. This position combines marketing strategies with translation skills, perfect for someone who wants to mix their passion for language with commercial acumen.
The job involves high-volume translation of technical documents, catalogues, magazines, and more from French to English, as well as creating and managing sales support tools. You will also organise UK events, such as exhibitions and trade shows, and coordinate direct marketing activity, including email campaigns and newsletters.
As a Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with the Marketing Director, UK Marketing Communications Managers, Product Managers, Graphic Designers, UK Sales Director, and UK Sales Team. Your responsibilities will also include administration of the .uk and .com websites, external communication, and updating client websites and catalogues.
