We are looking for a Senior Breakdown Coordinator to oversee and optimise our breakdown operations, ensuring smooth project execution and minimal downtime. Here are just some of the activities you will be involved in Oversee the breakdown process for projects, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. Act as the primary point of contact between departments, clients, and vendors, facilitating clear and effective communication. Develop and maintain schedules for breakdown activities, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently. Lead and mentor a team of Breakdown Coordinators, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance. Identify potential issues, implement solutions to mitigate risks, and streamline operations. Prepare and present regular reports on breakdown status, resource allocation, and project timelines to senior management. Ensure all breakdown processes adhere to industry standards and company policies. Analyse breakdown processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
