About the Role
The Head of Wealth Management for HNWI/UHNWI will lead the development and management of wealth management products and services that help clients achieve their financial goals. This senior leadership role involves designing client-centric investment solutions, driving product innovation, and ensuring competitive market positioning. The individual will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve business objectives and meet client needs.
Reporting Line: Head of Global Sales
Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage the wealth management product portfolio, including investment solutions, advisory services, and digital platforms.
2. Define product strategy, roadmap, and pricing models based on market research and client insights.
3. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to launch and promote products effectively.
4. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage risk across all offerings.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
6. Establish partnerships with financial institutions, fintech providers, and third-party vendors.
7. Analyze product performance and implement enhancements to drive revenue growth.
8. Lead, mentor, and develop the wealth management product team.
9. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on product performance and market opportunities.
Qualifications / Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
2. 10+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial services, with at least 5 years in a product management role.
3. Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory frameworks.
4. Proven track record in developing and launching successful financial products.
5. Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading strategic projects.
6. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
7. Proficiency in financial technology and digital tools relevant to wealth management.
