Creating job descriptions. Finding potential candidates using various sources like job boards and networks. Helping Candidates: Reviewing resumes and conducting initial interviews. Giving candidates advice on how to improve their resumes and interview skills. Matching candidates with the right job based on their skills and experience. Negotiating: Helping negotiate salaries and job offers between the company and the candidate. Providing Insights: Offering advice on industry trends, salary expectations, and job market conditions. The Ideal Candidate- Trainee Recruitment Consultant Degree educated (ideally 2:1 or above) or relevant sales experience. Confident and commercially minded- looking for someone to hit the ground running. Competitive- a desire to be on top. A background in a competitive hobby/ sport is desirable.
