We are looking for an analytically minded Paid Advertising Analyst to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and optimise Amazon advertising campaigns for multiple brands, driving growth through strategic and data-driven approaches. Key Responsibilities: Lead the strategy and management of multiple client accounts Plan, create, and optimise Amazon PPC and DSP advertising campaigns Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities Build customised reports and insights based on brand needs Manage brand communications, including client meetings and presentations Audit existing PPC campaigns and provide strategic recommendations Develop budget forecasts and support new business pitches The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience in paid advertising (full training on Amazon will be provided) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including formulas and lookup tables) A highly organised approach to managing time and multiple accounts A passion for e-commerce and digital marketing What’s on Offer: Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 bonus Holidays: 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) Benefits: Full private medical cover (including dental & optical) Flexibility: Remote or office-based working in Leeds Culture: Regular team social events and a collaborative, supportive environment This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is eager to work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry.
