About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Freelance Assessor in Health and Social Care.
In this role, you will assess individuals pursuing vocational qualifications in the sector, ensuring their competency aligns with industry standards. Your key responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments, offering constructive feedback, and supporting learners in their professional development.
Your impact
Delivering apprenticeship qualifications to employed status learners.
Providing a quality learning experience and journey
Supporting learners to successfully achieve their qualifications in a timely fashion.
Contribute to the planning, monitoring, and achievement of agreed performance targets.
What are we looking for?
Essential
Relevant training experience and a recognised teaching or assessing qualification (e.g., A1 Assessor Award, TAQA, CAVA, or equivalent)
Experience in an apprenticeship setting.
Proven occupational experience and technical competence in Health and Social Care delivery.
Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
Willingness to undergo a DBS check (cost covered by the company) and EWC registration.
Welsh speaking is desirable.
