Our goal is to bring high-quality financial planning to a wider client base, which is why, alongside Succession Wealth’s highly successful unrestricted offering, we now also offer restricted financial planning via our Aviva Financial Advice ‘AFA’ team.
Our AFA Wealth Planners provide holistic and affordable financial planning to clients on a fantastic range of Aviva (and certain whole of market) products, using a wide range of fund solutions.
Right now is a very exciting time within AFA as we begin to see our ambitious growth plans coming to fruition and as we establish ourselves as the go-to provider of financial planning for Aviva’s extensive customer base.

Our Wealth Planners are what our reputation is built upon and to join our award-winning team you will need to bring a highly professional, trustworthy and client focused approach.
We are seeking individuals with a genuine enthusiasm for great client outcomes, relationship building and an articulate and engaging communication style which can be flexed to bring value and understanding to every conversation.
You will also need to be:
1. Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or appropriate qualification of Wealth Management or Investment Advice and Management of FCA Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF).
2. Experience of delivering compliant, tailored financial advice to private clients.
3. Knowledge of the UK regulatory system, particularly those aspects relevant to Financial Services coupled with a good working knowledge of industry issues and developments.
4. Committed to your own professional development and regularly undertaking CPD.
5. Self-disciplined, resilient, and commercially focused.
6. Innate understanding and buy-in of the corporate objectives and a deep sharing of Succession Wealth’s client-centric cultural values.
7. Effective team player, recognising the value of the support team in delivery of great client outcomes.
