As an integral part of our team, you would be joining a collaborative environment, in which two days are rarely the same. THE ROLE To provide commercial HR and Employment Law advice and support across a range of industry sectors. Working within a busy and dynamic environment, this is a challenging and rewarding role for those who are solutions-oriented and thrive on variety. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will have overall responsibility of a wide-ranging caseload, from contract and policy development, ER case management support, training design and delivery, and contributions to internal projects and marketing. You will also represent us at events, work closely with our strategic partners, and have active input to, and lead on, internal initiatives. The role involves regular travel to client site, so flexibility, the use of a suitable vehicle, and a willingness to travel is essential. THE INDIVIDUAL The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a friendly manner, coupled with assertiveness, diplomacy, and the ability to deliver on commitments. We are also looking for you to have a genuine desire to work collaboratively and contribute to the success of the team, demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, strive for continuous improvement, and be respectful of confidentiality and the sensitivity of client information. You must have practical HR experience, along with the capability and desire to design and deliver training. Working knowledge of current employment law and HR best practice is essential, and you will ideally hold a relevant CIPD or HR qualification
