Responsibilities for the Administrator role – Maintain the company website, uploading pictures online and ensuring all details are up to date etc. Produce digital reports from the system. Inbound and outbound calling to clients and customers. Inputting invoices on the system, and use of Xero. Requirements for the Administrator role – Previous experience in a previous Administration role. Proactive and confident. Experience of Xero. Additional information for the Administrator role – Part Time, 3 days a week 09:30 - 15:30 Pay from £12 P/H Initially up until the new year however, potential to be extended. Immediate start.
