Job Description
1. Oversee the review of project quotations, procurement, and on-site management to ensure compliance and efficiency.
2. Monitor the operation of the information platform, coordinate, and resolve issues to maintain stable platform performance.
3. Evaluate the capabilities of on-site management personnel, construction teams, and outsourced staff, and provide feedback for improvement.
4. Keep track of project progress to ensure timely preparation and supply of necessary materials.
5. Conduct training for junior management staff in the project engineering department to enhance team expertise.
6. Respond to emergencies and urgent projects to meet work objectives.
7. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by leadership.
The Successful Applicant
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related fields.
2. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead a team independently on large-scale projects.
3. At least 5 years of experience in industrial plant construction management, with excellent emergency response and crisis management capabilities.
4. Familiarity with and mastery of various professional construction processes and acceptance standards for engineering projects.
5. Proficiency in using Office software and 2D drafting software, with a good foundation in computer skills.
6. Knowledge and experience in cost management, schedule management, quality management, and construction safety management.
7. Good command of English and Chinese as a working language, with the ability to accept overseas project assignments.
8. Willing to accept Chinese domestic project assignments during gaps in overseas business.
9. Hold a first-level construction engineer certificate and have experience with projects over $1.5 million in contract value.
